If I could give them a zero I would, worst customer service ever. I purchased glasses on a bogo purchase. I receive my glasses, the one that cost the most had a crack on the lense. I sent an email immediately because you can never talk to a live person. I got no response and no exchange. What a way to use your customers to unload defected glasses. I was very clear in my email I wanted an exchange not a refund. It’s the right thing to do. If I had known this was going to happen I would’ve spent money on one pair of glasses that was cheaper. This is by far the most unethical company I’ve ever bought from. You lost a customer for life. I will take my business elsewhere.
The worst sunglasses ever. Every time I wear a pair one of the lenses come out and I called to see about sending them back and they said no bc I bought them at Dillards and not directly from them. Wow but ok I will never get these again. Horrible company.

I ordered sunglasses two weeks ago and haven’t received any shipping updates or status updates after I paid for expedited shipping and was lead to believe my order would be processed and shipped within 2-4 days. I looked at my status online and it still just says “ordered”. No updates, hasn’t even been processed. I then asked for a refund several times in emails and through the website and never heard anything back. At all. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I’m concerned I won’t get a refund or my glasses at this point. No response or contact whatsoever from a concerned customer is not what I’d call good customer service, or even customer service at all.
Before I requested the refund I even reached out for an update first. After no response, I just decided I didn’t trust the company and wanted a refund (Total order was around $150). I had high expectations for this company and I’m extremely let down.
Second time buying from this company, first time was two years ago. Only thing I was disappointed about was they didn't offer the bogo for prescription glasses this time, when last time they did (this was 2 years ago though, guess they're picking up in popularity). Other than that they are great! Waiting on the order does take a bit, but thats understandable due to the rising volume of orders they have been receiving (covid boosted online sales for MANY companies). Don't understand the negative reviews, sounds like a bunch of people without patience, and who can't wrap their head around the fact that the last year we ALL had to live through a worldwide pandemic...this company is great, their glasses are amazing, dont listen to the bad reviews.
I ordered glasses in April and have still not received them. Cannot get anybody to return my emails. Feels very scammy to me.
First time buying from Difff.. Took 12 days to receive the classes after I paid for shipping, paid full price for the pair I bought and then when I received and didn’t like them they wouldn’t let me return, said they were “not returnable” even though they were a full price item and on top good luck getting hold of anyone!! total disappointing experience and I do not recommend you buying glasses from this company!!
This isn’t exactly a negative post but how ever I have been trying to get in contact with customer for over 30 days to do a return but now they inform it’s to late how can I possibly get an actual phone number to talk to an actual person
I don't understand the negative reviews as I had nothing but a positive experience with this company. I purchased two pair of glasses but neither of them worked for me. Even t hough they were not returnable as they were on sale, Auxie, the customer service representative was immediately responsive and permitted me to return them. I could not ask for more!
Ordered the Camden's. Both my roommate and I loved our sunglasses for the price. I accidentally broke the first day I used them and reached out to the DIFF team. They sent me a new pair, no questions asked. Great experience and recommend them for budget sunglasses!
I ordered sunglasses based on a friend's recommendation, however based on the cost I expected better. Further, I received notification they were shipped and then for 10 days they sat in IL with no movement. I contacted customer service three times, only to get a canned response each and every time with no regard to providing an actual answer to my question. The sunglasses arrived almost three weeks later and were not at all what I was expecting. I won't be doing business with this company again.
Where are my sunglasses? 2 pair of sunglasses is what I ordered on January 3rd. Haven’t heard a word since. Where are they??????????
I was a new customer to DIFF, but had admired their sunglasses for a few years now. Due to the pandemic, and trying to do my part to keep the economy flowing, but staying at home also, I ordered multiple pairs of sunglasses directly through DIFF as opposed to visiting a retailer to try them on.
I received the shipment in less than 3 days after ordering them via USPS. So very quick turnaround time.
I selected two pairs of sunglasses and then went online to start the return for rest of them only to find out that items purchased during a promotion like BOGO are non refundable. I did read the refund and exchange policy before I purchased so I was slightly panicked by this news.
None the less, I immediately emailed (three times to be exact) the second I discovered this. It was a Saturday and the website clearly states that there is no customer service on Saturday's. I was steeling myself for the worst, given what is out on the web about DIFF's customer service etc.
My experience could not have been farther than that. Heidi H. promptly emailed me back on Monday and said she was more than willing to assist me. I explained what pairs I wanted to keep, what to return and she responded immediately with a return label via email. She was SO responsive and kind and 100% made the difference in the customer experience. The sunglasses can be as cute as they want, but a customer needs to feel assisted and have a good experience and that is what drives a loyal customer base. Heidi could have quoted company policy at me, pushed send on the email, and that would have been the end of it, for both of us! A savvy brand ambassador, and clearly that is what she is, knew better. DIFF retained a sale and a future repeat customer, I received a customer experience that I will be able to gladly share, and at the end of the day I hope these are wins for both of us.

As a first time purchaser from Diff Eyewear, my experience has been less than pleasant. I ordered a pair of bluelight glasses and was charged $9.99 for shipping a tiny box that took nearly 10 days. The glasses were too small for my face and I have spent days trying to get a return processed. To add to it, they are stating I will be charged another $6.00 to send the glasses back. So basically, I've paid $16 to try on a pair of glasses from an unknown brand!!! What a rip off. Never again!
A day after placing my order I emailed them asking if I could cancel the order. I was told they couldn’t cancel order because the glasses were already being manufactured with my prescription and getting ready to ship. Here we are three weeks later and they still haven’t shipped yet....

I am very interested to know how you see they will be delivered soon when USPS is still not even in possession of the item? I’m also more than glad to provide screen shots of my order last year which in fact, was not the same time frame at all.
